The VisionArray HPV Primer Kit is intended to be used for amplification and biotinylation of specific sections of the L1 region of the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) genomes by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The hybridization and detection of the amplified sequences is performed subsequently using the VisionArray HPV Chip and the VisionArray Detection Kit.
