Summary and Explanation | Cytokeratin 10 is a type I cytokeratin, which belongs to the superfamily of intermediate fi lament (IF) proteins. It is expressed in the subprabasal cell layers of certain stratifi ed epithelia, notably epidermis, and is typically associated with Cytokeratin 1.
